Qualcomm and other competitors are comping up with the LTE baseband integrated into the SoC. The next Tegra (Tegra 4) is supposed to be doing that too. Tegra 3 does not have LTE integrated.

According to many tests ipads gpu is only 2x faster than tegra 3, not 4.5x but tegra cpu is in many cases 2x faster than A5X, in iOS gpu is the most important part, on Android cpu and ram play a bigger roll, so the experience should be almost the same in one or other

A5X has 4.5x the rendering speed of the Tegra 3.

They are going to have to work hard.
This is why Nvidia didn’t sue Apple over the 4x Graphics Power Claim , Because it
was proven the Apple A5X chip is.

Nivida fans should be talking about Tegra 4 now, as every version so far is shown to be all hype.
LG have Dumped it and selected Qualcomm S4 as there king to go against samsung galaxy S3

If you ignore the Tegra 2 has single channel ram, no Neon code support,cant play high profile H264 or play 1080p flash. then yeah Tegra 2 is still the best chip of that generation.

If you ignore the S4 chip has LTE, beats it in graphics and has dual GPS, and better battery as it’s 28nm then yeah Tegra 3 is the best chip on the market
