If it runs Windows Phone 7, this will surely be a hit, sadly Nokia is putting their best tech on a “nokia-admitted” dead platform, and that’s just a sad fact, But I almost forgot MS does not allow more than 8MP camera resolution on WP7, HTC have done it with Titan II but it sucked, besides with the single core limitation imposed by WP7, it’s no wonder why the MS Operating system was overshadowed by the current leaders,

I’m pretty sure this post would get some deadly flames from Nokia/MS fans, But it’s a fact as much as they hated it.

What you said is right, but my query is still not clear to me… Which 7 pixels are you going to combine while oversampling?

7 vertical ones? or 7 horizontal ones? or 3 from first line and 4 from next line, is it?
4 or 9 pixels can be combined though, but 7??

it combines the electric signal coming from the pixels into one whole signal, it doesn’t combine 7 square pixels next to each other.

Guys, I had one confusion despite reading every reliable literature on the 808…

How can you combine 7 pixels as claimed. 7 doesn’t make any kind of square, so it will create stretched out image… won’t it?

You can combine 4 pixels into one pixel, 9 pixels can be combined too… But if you combine 7 pixels, which 7 pixels would it be? And won’t the image be stretched?
