The fact that WP has no HTML5 video support was not a big deal for me, as long as i knew that WP is a baby OS. So i am ok with this. But felt a little bit awkward when on the mighty Note, Android browser or Chrome/Firefox failed to play HTML5 tv shows. I mean, Android has hundreds of iterations behind, it's a mature OS, almost aging, so i was expecting to have a great improvement when switching from Titan to Note. I didn't.

I wish you understood just a little bit about technology, so I could properly explain to you what the difference between WP7 and WP8 is.
Your loss though.

P.s. "he do not have to get it" means he can just go around and lie about having a Windows Phone, right? You support Android or iOS? Those are lucky OSs to have supporters like you.

Actually HTML5 is the only drawback i met on WP IE. I can't watch online tv shows... :(. But still, i tried with a Note and i could open HTML5 video, but it was still unwatchable. So on WP HTML5 not working, on Android, working but crappy. I guess it's better not to have it than to have it and not be able to use it. :( (btw, i'm talking about a certain website i wanna watch, i dunno about other.)
