Nokia Reading ready for prime time, launches in six countries

Nokia has just unveiled its plan for the global roll-out of the Nokia Reading app and service. The app will serve like a reader and a bookstore at the same time, allowing for Nokia WP7 users to enjoy some quality reading.

The app will launch in the upcoming days for the Nokia Lumia 900, 800, 710 and 610 in France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Spain and the UK.

The rest of the world should get the app by the end of the year. To compensate, Nokia Reading will feature a lot of localized book titles as well as books in English like The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, One Day, and The Adventures Of Sherlock Holmes.

As in the Google Play Book store, Nokia Reading will offer timeless classics for free as well. Check out their promotional video below.
