i don’t understand..how come htc 8x has 32h endurance.and lumia 820 has 40h endurance when talk time, web browsing and video playback times are higher on htc 8x

Can you (gsmarena workers) explain me why the galaxy r with the same 1650mah battery than the lumia 820 does 9:40-5:07-6:21 ( http://blog.gsmarena.com/samsung-i9103-galaxy-r-completes-the-battery-test-course-can-it-beat-the-i9100-galaxy-s-ii-test/ ) in the battery test and it scores a 4 hours endurance rating less than this lumia 820 (36h vs 40h) who has done 7:09-4:24-6:25??? I think your battery tests results are inaccurate PD: sorry for my english

Love my Lumia 820, but battery life really is dismal. I cannot survive a day of light (occasional phone calls, email checks every 15 min, standard live tiles, nothing configurable running in background), by 3:00 in the afternoon I am at 25% and from there it drops even faster than the rest of the day. I have dealt with it by charging whenever I can and keeping a portable charger in my bag during the day. Like I said, I love the phone so I am dealing with it, but it is really a problem.

Battery life is a huge issue across the whole Windows 8 family. If you compare the Surface RT to any iPad or WP8 to Android or iPhone, you’ll see what I mean. This is where Microsoft really needs to improve. It’s what’s keeping them from mobile greatness at the moment.

Oh I love it when some stupid dipshit says that android is the best operating system ever. Get over with it because no operating system is perfect no matter the power of the hardware.
