Use your brain and find some other way to contact them.

And since you want “fairness”…
Ask them to re-test “all” the phones they tested in their last battery round-up.
Once all of them have had their latest updates applied & have been compared.
I think you’ll find that the L800 hasn’t moved much further up the ladder.

If I had those battery results I would be happy with the Lumia 800. But I get none of those values.

Charged and 8:00, 100%. Used it about an 1 hour and 20 minutes. Battery gone at 15:00.

Now i’m trying with 3G off.

@GSMarena Can you please re-do the test with the software update fix from Nokia. Would be good to see if the battery life has improved
