What you will look forward to 2-3 years from now is the fact that there’s only about 1-2 years remain of Symbian’s life.

yes, marketing is lousy, especially for beta labs
i use a lot of apps from there, and similar apps are nowhere to be seen on other platforms (big screen, bubbles, sleeping screen, drop, playto, own voice,…)

you only need to look at symbian ideas to know
what will be introduced as “new” by android and ios in 2-3 years
symbian was always ahead of its time in great ideas
