comparing diz to a DSLR ????? Guys i thnk u havnt evn seen a DSLR quality photo. Diz may be gud for a mobile phone bt dnt be soooo dumb to compare it with a DSLR

Lol… Please contact me when they invent a cell phone which has the speed, handling and ergonomics of a DSLR! But let me guess – this will never happen.
For the record, I’ve a 4 year old DSLR with “only” 12 megapixels but it starts up for just 0.1 seconds (no phone can compare to this), has a useable ISO 3200, I can attach hundreds of lenses, flashes and accessories to it and I’ve buttons for the most-used functions (such as autofocus modes, white balance, ISO, metering and so on).
To sum up, a DSLR is not all about the picture quality (which is still better than this crappy Nokia).

The camera on this phone looks really amazing, but the people trying to compare it to DSLRs makes me want to kill myself.

superb try.appreciate it mate.stop claming this as dslr ,even my 2003 made nikon 6mp dslr shoot perfect picture than above.i m not arguing thisis not good cameraphone,but after the camera side other specs are totally shit.

Just multiple focus points and AE/WB not possibile YET, but the other options are there of course! Search youtube for PureView demos , I saw one from a professional photographer and he thinks 808 PureView is great! I am sure Nokia will further develop the PureView tech, this is just the begining!
