Its not about experience , Its all about execution.

Apple just rushed instead of taking some time or maybe Scott is culprit behind this , so good thing is he is fired.

IOS is Buggy and always has been thats why they always release updates within weeks of releasing New IOS versions and continue to do so. An have you checked the OS Market share for Q3 this year?
