Apple had no experience in Tablets and they are now ruling that segment whereas MS is doing tablets from 2002 and nobody buys them except few and now people are buying surface (but not in very high sales).

Its not about experience , Its all about execution.

Apple just rushed instead of taking some time or maybe Scott is culprit behind this , so good thing is he is fired.

Its not the most smooth OS so get your facts right. IOS is Buggy and always has been thats why they always release updates within weeks of releasing New IOS versions and continue to do so. An have you checked the OS Market share for Q3 this year? Think you will find it is Android that has the highest share. The only Platform that has attraction of developing for? Have you seen the grow on the Android Market over this past year? Your all comment is based on your own belief and no facts.

Your calling that abysmal attempt at a maps app that showed bridges as collapsed a decent maps application? Seriously!?! Open your eyes. Google Maps is years and I mean Years ahead of any other mobile Maps/Navigation App. An it will be a long time before they are caught up. What I have said was confirmed by a partner of Apple's who worked with them on the Apple Maps App.
