		<description><![CDATA[Seriously- This was one area where Google could have countered fragmentation. It had the experience with Smartphones, and the advantage of hindsight. Still, today we see the Wifi only Xoom&#039;s gettin the updates far far later than the verizon version, Europen updates being different from the US updates (not just in the baseband, in the feature set also). 

Google had better get their act together now, I&#039;d hate to see a good platform butchered by OEMs and Carriers alike.]]></description>
