I dropped my milestone plenty of times and it survived,i use it for almost 3 years now.
Razr maxx is an excellent phone,I am planning to buy it too,and none of those comments wont change my mind

I was really looking forward to buying this phone for its large battery, but I was put off by the links in the post.
I find it very unlikely that someone will buy a phone then break it then file a complaint just to prove that another company is better.

and btw I have a Sony Ericsson k800i so um a Sony fan boy :))))))
