Lagfix or Seeder maybe the answer for you Casandra. The hated term "Lag."
But It’s something we could all definitely live without Steve. With all these new high-powered quad-core processors hitting the market, you may have noticed that no matter how powerful your device, there’s still a half second (or longer) of time spent waiting for an app to open. I figured this had more to do with slow memory than processing power, but apparently it could also be something else altogether. One dev from XDA went on a search to find out what caused Android lag and cure it forever.

What he found was that 90% of Android’s lag was caused by a “limited entropy pool” and cooked up a simple app to seemingly eliminate all lag found on a device when opening bigger, memory intensive applications like Facebook, Chrome, Maps, etc.. The app — which can be downloaded from either the original post on XDA or from Google Play — is compatible with all Android versions, and all Android devices.

Let the Fight be over and stop lag with:
[APK] Seeder 2.0.0 entropy generator to provide significant jelly bean lag reduction.
With everyone using this free App Casandra, together we can win this fight and show Goggle they were right all along , there has been no lag at all since 1.6

I'm here to help Casandra, as Android is still you giving you problems.
A part of the hiccups in Android's UI can certainly be traced to Java.
And explains why WP runs smoother on "old specs" hardware.
A significant chunk of Android runs in a VM as well. Framework, activity manager, window manager, system UI, etc... all have a lot of Java code and runs in dalvik, and the native parts are called via JNI.
Java kills the CPU's caching mechanism by requiring that all objects be
referenced indirectly, risiding fragmented over the entire memory.
And while Java is a good high-level language, using it to implement low level
stuff that requires a lot of number or memory crunching is a bad idea. There are some forced design choices that make the language unsuitable for these tasks. A re-write of the OS to exclude this isn't possible.
Leaves the only answer.
Hide the design choices of the past with more powerful CPUs & GPUs to provide enough brute force to overcome this.

Skins are another unnecessary burden layered on top of the OS.
It is well known these skins more laggy and buggy than the stock OS launcher.
Most now becoming very bloated and using up CPU cycles while adding to the increase risk of random crashes and the infamous forced closes running games.
