cant you read, that is lg’s bluray video technology, it only means that LG has better bluray video tech. than sony nowadays, because sony use this technology for thier high end technology such as PS3.

Because court cases take time. Apple settled with Nokia recently. It’s just people get ultra sensitive when Apple’s involved that’s all. After all this dispute between Sony and LG started 3 years ago if you read the article.
