Lags – those because of poor Android OS optimizations.

iPad 4 does worth an upgrade from iPad 2 because iPad 2 has poor lowres display.
Nexus 7 is a piece of useless hardware. It has no mobile modem.
Nexus 10 isn’t great either. Moreover it has poor hardware. Better to wait little bit for Tegra 4, Exynos 54xx etc.

Even mini or second hand still costly..affordable one like galaxy tab and other , have increased now days …but only reason why still not by pass iPad its weak distribution ,marketing and limited region ..in case of Nexus7,Kindle fire….etc,if the same price reach to other country like india.. Believe me the situation will totally change for android advance… Just because of the price..
