I guess that if they buy the hardware and software from Apple, it’s the owner’s property. The owner can sell it after, as it’s not illegal for you to sell something used. An user can mod the broght equipment the way he wants, and sell it.
I think. May be whrong, there are always tons of legal junk involving, and Apple is, you now, Apple.

it really seems cool, but are they actually allowed to do that? would apple give them the permision to do that? i know ios is not an open source OS!!
