I had a 4.1 firmware but I messed up on the jailbreak so I tried to restore it on itunes, it made me upgrade to 4.3.4 after that I jailbroke it with tethered JB and everything was good until I downloaded a theme which made me reboot. Once it goes into Reboot, you ipod is f**ked. So you have to jb it again. SO DON’T upgrade to 4.3.4, i tried everything to downgrade back to lower firmwares but I don’t have SHSH blobs saved. Man this day has pissed me off so much.

It’s currently on the firmware it came with – 4.1. I never turn it off so is it ok to upgrade to 4.3.4 and do this tethered JB? Sometimes, when I change my themes via winterboard, my iPod does a soft reset. Will this void my JB? I’ve never done a tethered JB before so I hope someone can help me with this…

As a matter of fact, 4.3.4 doesnt bring anything new to the table.

I advise to stick with 4.3.3 because the new firmware is just to block jailbreakme 3.0  hacks.
