THEY SAY SO…but in fact I THINK IS A MARKETING GIMMICK. HOW you explain that 8s and 8x have the same output level? i have teste both in parallel on the same song and heaphones and there is no difference between 8s and 8x. both are the same and both are louder and better than ipads and iphones, i think 8s have the same as 8x amplifier built-in. iti si impossible to have that power only with software
