but I don't think so that using s4 chip and 600 would really make a difference in the real life use
a dual core krait is fast enough to do the every day tasks smoothly so a properly optimized quad core krait would be great...
my 2012 xperia s is fast enough to perform each and every task smoothly so Sony xperia Z would be great experience...

HTC beats out XperiaZ but Sony also has a 680x phone in the works that might well have the Snapdragon 8xx/6xx processor and match or surpass HTC One. And of course the big boy in the field, Galaxy S4 is launching soon.. Touch decision. But the HTC One is a looker for sure.

But given that HTC has locked bootloaders (unlock tool comes way late for sure) and Samsung is by far the modder community favourite, i'm really torn. Will wait for GS4 to launch before taking a call. My trusty ye olde i9000 Galaxy S is getting rather long in the tooth even with Cyanogenmod 10.1 keeping it updated on 4.2.1

Well, I still have a SE W890i and I'm planning to upgrade to the EOS when it comes out. If you look below the surface it's easy to realize that the Nokia 808 is indeed one of the best piece of engineering to date. When I first held it in my hand for real (not watching some video), it felt like a quality product unlike the plastic toys other companies used to call smartphones. Nokia cared about all the little detail (where the glass and the body itself meet, the camera-platform on the other side, the shutter button. the lock-screen button etc...).

Being a computer enthusiast I found even the flagship phones to be just a bad joke (plastic lenses, videos are better when muted (wind effect and distortion are unbearable) cheap build quality, ultra-lame screens (I mean color reproduction, depth, response time and refreshing speed mainly), listening to music is only good for running, considering their audio chip (if they have such a thing at all) were all made to play youtube's 128kbps AAC, and android market is the worst of them all, I couldn't find a single app that was compatible with both the format (2007 MS Office .doc) and my Canon printer, not even mentioning what if I wanted to EDIT those documents).

The Nokia 808 was the first phone I would call a REAL product. Everything about it screams quality and that Nokia spent a lot of time in the making. Carl Zeiss lens, 1:2" 41MP sensor with an imaging chip capable of handling more than 1 Billion pixels per second, Oversampling algorithm, HAAC microphones, one of the best DAC in a smartphone, plays every videoformat, shoots real FullHD video (no low bitrate upscaled junk), true multitasking (can run 40+ apps simultaneously with zero lag) etc...

For me, the only smartphone I would call a flagship a product worth to buy is the Nokia 808 PureView.

Wow some of the things you pointed out are pointless like the carl zeiss lens , camera app and design.

But the rest of the stuff you mentioned is pretty cool I guess I was wrong to call it a one trick pony it's actually very decent except for the os.

But If the eos has these features that thing will rock although I wouldn't buy it cause I like android.

Maybe I was to quick to lump you in with all the other idiots on here you actually make some valid points wish more people on here had a brain.
