Great job guys, i almost thought that there wouldn’t any jailbreaking (almost).
But this is some serious stuff, thumbs up !!

But but but …installous is dead, are there any better / equally good alternatives ?
i tried vShare but it isn’t as good.. AppCake repo won’t install..
honestly i’m not a big fan of both.. I’m sure many are looking for some alternatives

It doesn’t really matter. Apple can easily find the used exploits by simple reverse-engineering. I got my money on Apple ‘fixing’ the exploits by the next iOS update.

I don’t wanna sound inappropriate, but that comparison doesn’t make sense because Apple attracts the attention of hackers a lot more than Samsung.

The Exynos exploit was a careless blunder on Samsung’s part. Also, people discovered it randomly a year or so later. While it did offer awesome stuff like “one click rooting”, it’s not like rooting Samsung devices was a problem before that, so nobody even looked for it.

Apple, on the other hand, invested billions in insane security. But the incentive to jailbreak iOS was also huge, in order to make the devices even remotely useful, so lots and lots of hackers spent countless days and nights trying to find a loophole. And they finally found it. Again.

Apple have always abused vendor lock-in and device security to the frustration of their (smarter) users, so it makes sense that they are being hacked all the time.
