But, blackberry never advertised in my country and it sell like a hotcakes. even now the majority of people (in my country) are still using it. there is no good amount of advertising if your products is actually sucks, at least try not to be that bad.

the biggest weakness of samsung’s phones is indeed their plasticky design, just like you said, but it is a weakness that people can see right from the beginning. but it still sells so well, it means people didn’t mind that.
