So it’s like fighting in the spotlight and shaking hands in the back. Of course Apple’s claims are not reasonable, but let’s just say that Samsung can handle them (more or less), unlike other smaller companies that have to suffer because Apple wants everything. On the other hand, everybody likes Samsung because if fights Apple in court, but when being objective, Samsung did took a sneak peak at some iOS UI elements. The big issue is that Apple did just the same, and nobody sued them. Jonathan Ive admitted the influence of Dieter Rams (Braun designer) on his designs, so it’s no secret that many Apple products were inspired design-wise by other older products.
