AS LONG THE MAPS ARE ONLY ON-LINE,IF YOU ARE IN ROAMING IT WILL COST YOU A FORTUNE TO USE GOOGLE MAPS. NEVER USED GOOGLE MAPS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS OF ANY OF MY IPHONES, ONLY ROUTE 66, IGO, TOMTOM
