perfectly put.

there are no excuses for what Google did. i love their android phones. i love their search engine.
however, they have an awful track record for privacy. glad i didn’t join Google buzz.

i can’t put it better than anon. this is the behaviour of desperate junkies, not a multi-million dollar company that pretty much prints their own money.

really.. half the world uses gmail.. so doesn’t make sense for them to prowl on the roads looking for some mail accounts.. i mean all they hv to do is search their database..

So, if you left your front door to your house unlocked and open, and someone steals your stuff, who is to blame?

Likewise, if you shut the door and locked it, and someone has to break in to steal your stuff then you have an argument, however all this about stealing passwords and stuff simply because you can’t be arsed to set up a password to your router IS YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT.

Get over it people, there are far better things to worry about in the world.
