Dont forget Bill Gates is philanthropist who spent billions to help poor people which he earned from microsoft.

Only apple trying to be “exclusive” style without any philanthropic nature , Apple is just like “Its business , nothing more important than profits”.

Google’s search is unbeatable, Google Maps is the most widely used, and they have tons more- GMail, Youtube, the new Google+, Drive, GoogleDoc, etc, etc, etc.
And even Android will get a tremendous boost since Google acquired Motorola.
