Isn’t there a difference between what says in the title (845 million active users which means all of the users are active=100%), and what says in the picture (845 million, mostly active users, which means that not all of them are active just guarantees that there are at least 50%+1 users active)? I’m pretty sure that there is a significat percent of inactive users, otherwise Facebook would have made sure to spread the word about their success (of having 100% active users).
