I never saw iOS apps having bad layouts , because Apple instantly reject it , and same applies to WP.

While android is “Open” , So Google has no right to question , If google does question or remove them or force devs , There is no difference between Android or iOS regarding developers side and Android is no lonfer open.

Then devs and users must resolve these issues.

Well … is good for “ignorant-and-lazy” developers, but not the users. How many time we need to figure it out on how those apps works? How many button positions we need to memorize for each apps? For the God sake, stop it already. Follow the guidelines and let users easily find a way himself on how to use the app. Guideline is there for that. To ease the users. Clearly that Google care for Android users. But it seems that the developers don’t.
