No they don’t, they only get discount (unless you’re at board level). Read the New York Times and see how unhappy your average Apple employee really is.

and also apple does WWDC every year where developers get hands on with new stuff, helps from apple engineers and much more :)

Apple provides these "free" give away only to there employees, not developers :x
