Smokescreen by Windows was rigged… you’d come in with your phone > challenge and then the M$ guys would pick one of their many phones (the one that was set up for that particular challenge) and try to “smoke” you.

One guy on an android beat them by disabling his lock screen, so the phone would wake up to home screen right away and then set up a widget showing weather in two cities (which was one of the challenges) when challenge started all he did was pres his power button and he was done. The M$ guys own phone was set up to show weather on some tiles and simply claimed that they won (even though they came last)… Reason: just because! ;-)

And on a side note I guess single core processor and 512 ram is more than enough to show the 8-bit color graphics,, WP OS :-P he he

On the contrary – it was just a little social experiment by Microsoft to see if iOS and Android users can unite over a common enemy. They can. Great success!
