It has great specs for its price. I couldn’t find a laptop with same or better specs in the same price range, the first other laptop with the same specs was €75 more expensive.

7 inch tablets are just blown up version of apps from smartphones , we can count such optimized apps on android with fingers.

Actually ICS offers Layout API for devs which can solve this problem in “Apps
(not games) but devs are not using such tools because of lack of sales from android tablets while nvidia is little bit aggressive at content and making games but apps are really missing.

From the link you can see that the article is outdated. In a blog post on GSMarena (sorry, I really can’t remember which one) they said that Google is urging at the developers to make 1280×800 apps optimized for 7 inch tablets.

Your claims are good to hear but reality is different.

Google’s own “Andy Rubins” (aka one of the key people to the Android project) doesn’t believe in “tablet specific” apps :

So Android Tablets are still a joke , because Google themselves aren’t really interested to create tablet specific content.

Exactly what I think. Google was right to make the Nexus 7, because 7 inches is the upper limit of Android’s dominance as an OS. Above that screen size, Android isn’t that good because of the small number of high-resolution apps, and lower resolution apps don’t really look good on bigger screens (I know that from my personal experience, I have a Motorola Xoom).
