you can’t just compare the core counts, because mobile phone’s processors or even a laptop was not as powerful as pc’s.. you already seen the best racing games in mobile phones, but still not as good as the good old gran tourismo..

the weakest quad-core sandy bridge i5 is 200x faster than the fastest tegra 3 version.. so the fastest ivy i7 must be at least 350x than the tegra 3…so the power is just not enough yet
