You’re an idiot, no offense. First of all, I was talking about the consumers not developers. It already makes your comment useless sh*t. Second, I never even mentioned about the requirements for developing. Another reason that makes your comment pointless. Third, the f**k are you talking about? Seriously? It has nothing to do with what the discussion was about. Fourth, I am a developer myself, don’t even try to argue with me. Fifth, what you said is bullsh*t, developers do NOT need to buy a license. That’s idiotic! Why would they need a license? Just pick up the SDK (I bet you have no idea what SDK is.) and develop! Sixth, how could a license be more costly than a device? Especially a license meant for developing apps? Just another bullsh*t. Seventh, a device is not even a requirement to test an application. That’s why you have AVDs, because really, do you plan to buy every single device just for tests? Devices are only recommended to see how an app works in real hardware. Eight, yes, I AM a techie, got a problem?

LOL, developers first have to buy license to develop apps, device is just need for testing and developers license is many times costlier than WP device.

Wow. You really don’t much as far as factual things go here. They win by popularity and the masses believeing they invented/started/changed something or even a little getting people to go a certain not because they made it happen but people followed it because it had the apple symbol.

Point is after all these comments that Iphones tiny screens have always saved it battery life. Also being a locked down semi function less app launcher has helped it as well. Obviously pixel density plays into battery life, but if we are looking at similar resolution displays then the size is whats going to make the big difference. Especially talking half an inch or more. And as usual the claim that nothing has rivaled or beaten the Iphones”etc you name it. Supposedly everything iphone has always been better when it never has”.
Battery capacity is not the only thing, but means a lot. Just as you can’t optimize good software without the hardware to do it. Not to mention Apple uses non removable Lithium Polymer batteries which saves drastic space as compared to Lithium Ion and can make much higher capacities. Yet for some reason the battery is not that much smaller and is at such a tiny capacity. They should’ve been offering much higher capacities years ago under such conditions to truly give unrivaled battery life…yet as usual fail to deliver. And IOS is not the best optimized…just system wide lock down. You have no Idea what wonders that does for creating the illusion of perfection.

You are looking at that in the same stupid backwards way everyone does. You cant code and optimize amazing software for high tech hardware if the hardware doesn’t exist. Also as stated below the GPU of the Iphone is stronger than most, but not even strongest and does not out bench everything. There is also a endless difference between being extremely well coded and just being decently coded and hiding behind system wide lock down that helps create the illusion of perfection.
