soon these fools would add another dimension BBOS. So, we would see four different quarters trying to justify that what they use use is best in world. without even knowing what they r sayin….This is fanboysm at its best.my friend… So, just sit back and enjoy the show …coz in next two months you would see 2 more OS in wild aka. FirefoxOS & Tizen and God knows what would happen then…..

Yeah. Especially with Nokia.. you always know you’re in safe hands with them. They support their devices like none other. As for WP9.. I am sure they won’t change the kernel again so no reason not to think it won’t come on current gen devices. But if it weren’t to come, then everyone will get extremely mad and they can expect their sales to drop. As the people who are currently getting WP8 devices are either Nokia fans or research before they buy so they know what they are getting themselves into with a less popular OS.

I mean to say is at least they are getting the updates, some features are added now, and some will be added later, its not that MS has declared that WP7 is dead. At least they are not giving the stupid reasons that your hardware is outdated or doesn’t support future updates, even the lowest phones are being updated to include most of the new features

Different kernel is the best thing they could’ve done! Not for loyal WP7 users, but for long term. You see, Windows is the most popular OS on PCs. So people who make apps on W8 can easily port apps when they want to without making many changes. This will be fantastic for the long run.
