nobody has your files, if you encrypt them well, since they are only on your servers, plus if someone uploads something illegal to Mega, the US officials would get access to all the servers, which contain your files

cost per GB in this bittorrent service is lower than most services, plus all the files are on your server, that means US officials can’t just block access to them because someone else uploaded something illegal
