SMP, Code Optimizing,
( multi-processor support ) in Android since Sept '09 Link is here
http://groups.google.com/group/android-platform/browse_thread/thread/de20f1b10703acc2

AHA!!! The key IS optimization of code. As well as STANDARDS. Google's attempt to do the standards thing was abortive. Apple has an edge on that, but as M$ chooses does ducks the big issues. COncept ..OK. AntennaGate FAILURE. Screwing over competition where they can by any and all means. And when they can't litigate, litigate. ...... Well the Damaclean sword swings in Apple's direction with AntennaGate. If they were honest and admitted an engineering error, they'd get quite possibly some public support. But we KNOW better.

In the meantime just watch the Android market. Led by the UNBELIEVABLE 180 made by Motorola and their 'Droid / Milestone series, as well as competition with APads vs IPads.
What a GREAT time to be alive......

Omnia II has a 800x480 screen, iPhones before 4 had 480x320 screen. Resolution is a factor as well.
Besides, if an app isn't well-optimized, blame its maker, not M$.

It's too early. Qualcomm announced that they started sampling first dual-core SoC's two months ago, I won't believe that there is already fully working prototype and that someone benchmarked it and send the results to the internet.
I'm more inclined to believe that it is nothing more than qsd8650a running at 1.3Ghz, besides I don't think that android at this stage even supports SMP so we wouldn't see any benefit from having dual-core CPU(probably gingerbread supports SMP), if you don't believe check MSI harmony results. It shows similar CPU performance and is running 2x1.5Ghz Cortex A9(I assume that it is using Tegra2) so it should be at least 4 times as fast as hummingbird CPU and according to GLbenchmark it has similar CPU performance so something is seriously wrong!
