Just put beta 7 on my 3gs over wi-fi and my phone wont stop restarting… I can’t restore it because iTunes won’t recognize it so it’s just stuck in an infinite loop of going form the apple screen to flashing white then turning off and starting over again

symbian anna is very smooth
maybe not as ios, but you have a longer spec list

and my n8 doesnt crash, nor does it to most people. learn to use a smartphone first.

i dont need a phone to impress people
if you do, thats ok, but thats only your opinion

since anna is the base to belle, I can see why it took them that long. the result is that belle would be ready for new devices at the end of September and hopefully other devices would get a month after.

My experience with the N8 has been less than stellar. Yes, I have multi-tasking, yes, I have HDMI, and yes the camera is good. Until Anna, the phone crashed 3 times a day, reboot itself, have issues with VPN, etc. I ask you a reasonable question, how does Video-calling and multitasking help me, when overall my device does not work? I was simply pointing out that Apple, with or without the features some really want, does not delay like Nokia. It took Nokia 6 months to give me a smooth homescreen animation, qwerty portrait, etc? With ANNA things have changed but it is miles behind iOS and Android. Look and Android how fast they update their OS. See the whole picture and not what you want to see.
