Someone really intelligent. Judge Koh has both ruled FOR and AGAINST Apple, depending on the case.

By the way, Samsung has been found out destroying evidence and internal emails, but were unearthed anyway. They copied Apple despite Google warning them not to, and even admitted by Samsung’s own Product Design Team.

Well it turns out that Samsung has been found to destroy internal documents, where Google themselves told Samsung to not copy Apple. Even Samsung’s own Product Design Team admitted the products were too similar to Apple’s.

With this truth out, I don’t think anyone will be under any illusions anymore to what happened. Even the butthurt Samsung fanboys will have a more difficult time explaining this one, given that their beloved Samsung is the actual source of this truth.

Glad to see a ban come in for Samsung, who has been gladly copying Apple’s inventions and marketing under its cheap copy network. More ban should come on its other devices including the look alike of Macbook air and the other handsets.

the looks of it, it seems like the only difference between the two is size. So
how come they allow 10.1N and not 7.7 ? Does Apple have a patent on screen size
or something LOL .. ??
