Looking at the sample pic in this article, it honestly looks like a garage sale set up. Products on tables with four legs instead of lots of multi-layered shelves or glass display boxes. And the back-lit posters on the walls are exactly the same as those advertisements at bus stops.

This is a very common set up. Can’t believe this can be awarded a trademark! HOW STUPID!!!

Yeah lets patent lined up tables so sue anyone else who does the same. People dont go because the way the tables are lined up. Especially since almost every mall store looks like this. They go because they have fallen for the socially conformed scam that somehow apple actually created the iphone and that it is somehow more advanced when it is truly un advanced with illusions of grander.

Apple Stores are iconic and become tourist spots whenever they open, it’s part of the prestige Apple has. It’s only but natural to protect this design language. Case in point:
