His name is wrong, the second “h” must be replaced by a “r”: iTherappy (from apple)…

BTW: JB is much smoother than any iOS, but even if not…
apple fan say: “I can open my (calendar, facebook, twitter, X, Y, Z) app faster, so I can see faster than you what’s up to date.”FALSE, you just have to unlock your screen, and… BOOM… there’s your widget for what you need most to know…and the other one right on the next screen 0.000001 sec away, and the next one. and there you have it… seen what’s new in 20-30 sec… on iOS you have to open (wait to open) each app, to load up data, etc, that would need more time, more work to do, so NO, iOS is not simpler than Android…and not faster…

what are you talking about? which idea is this “great idea?” the rounded edges? the icon? did you guys even know what exactly samsung copied from apple? (because if you do fell free to enlighten me, because all i know is that rounded edges and the icon)

represent the school instead?? what the hell was that mean anyway? if apple can get knock out of business just because of rounded edges and icons, it means apple really didn’t have anything to begin with, which will explain why they were being so dramatic about it.. haha.. i don’t get it why people think apple is so original anyway, apple is always the one playing catching up with others, but other people is always still amazed with that old stuff.. (face time OMG OMG OMG, dual core OMG OMG OMG, bigger screen OMG OMG OMG) the iphone 5 have a better processor and a bigger screen, and that’s it.. if samsung pull something like that they will get kicked out of the way by htc and the others.

Actually they do, they were being quite obvious with the sarcasm. However, i don’t think it was Lucy Koh who did this particular court hearing, seeing as she does the California ones and not the UK.

It doesn’t matter what you say, they won’t care. I am in agreeance with you. But almost everyone assumes it’s about the ‘smoothness’. Why do you think there was such a big race for Quad and Dual cores with such high clock speeds? Because that’s what ignorant consumers wanted. And so they got it.

So i just read it from the source, even though they say they did not copy the Apple design, they still abused the quote from the judge in saying the design “is not as cool”

I agree. To this statement, you might also want to add that, with the launch of the iPhone 5, Apple have infringed a couple of patents from HTC and Samsung, concerning a little thing known as LTE. I’m just sayin’…
