For me, there’s no other choice but Android since Symbian went out of style, so I’m well vested in it. Got Galaxy Nexus without a bill or warranty and am extremely happy with it, was happy with the Galaxy S too thanks to custom ROMs. True about the Nexus 4 though, India isn’t on the list where Google wants to sell devices for cheap, but don’t worry, LG won’t be able to ruin the experience. The Galaxy Nexus had variants which were by controlled by Samsung (the yakjuw etc), but with the Nexus 4 that isn’t the case, so only the price will be messed up, haha.

I never touch Android until Google releases Nexus at same US price in India (or atleast at reasonable price with no more difference than extra 5k) but not like crippled Verizon Nexus crap where Nexus is controlled by Verizon instead of Google.
I fear that even if they release it here , LG takes controls of it which makes sh** experience.

Yeah. While I’m not a fan of iOS, when I was looking at tablets for my Mom and sis, I simply said “iPad or nothing”, since all the content is so much better on iPad. I prefer the freedom on Android, but that would have been useless without the awesome games (and media content that Google doesn’t provide here in India but Apple does) and tablet-optimized apps, hehe. Using Android on my Galaxy Nexus and iOS on the tablet is providing a good experience, so yeah, iPad FTW in tablets.

In Playstore , one theme = one app and one livewallpaper = one app

Books are not sold in appstore (number is so less now) and now all books are nicely available in iBook Store

iPad , is by far the best tablet i think , especially wonderful apps and games.

At first i was hesitant to get iPad for its price but after getting one , I love it so much mainly battery life , design , smoothy experience (apart from apps and games)
