Those things mentioned never worked or used extensively.
NFC , LTE are jokes in some countries . Passbook had more users on its first day than all smartphone NFC users combined i think.

and removable battery/SD-slots aren’t available over any device except galaxy.Not a deal breaker when 64 gigs version is available.
Bluetooth ? working perfect on streaming audio through airplay over speakers , docks work with iPhone etc.

Apps are awesome and most latest games run amazing even on 3 year old iPod Touch and 3.5 year 3GS (ofc low textures but still amazing how devs are supporting them still)
