nvidia have delayed the launch of their fermi (gt 300) graphics cards so i think that thier claims to beat the ati 5870 are false
and with this new monster they will probably delay again
the only reason for someone to consider nvidia right now is because of their 3d vision
which i hope that ati adopts to their DX11 graphics cards.

AMD is the parent company of ATI…..by the way guys were slow to break this news about the 5970….im waiting for the NVIDIA GT300 series

Correction .. the above should be “ATI” not “AMD” unless they are one and the same, which is something I am not aware of.

Right. Thousands of 3dmarks. Only that you need a bigger computer, literally. That thing needs some space, more than “standard” computers could offer.

by the way sapphire official site claims that the power requirements for one is 650 w
and for crossfire you need a 850 w power supply not 1000 w
and in the awards section there is some nice benchmarks and test for this monster card
