chapeau for AMD !!
at last a company gets it .. we all droll for more power, but its clearly the time to stop making more powerful CPUs/GPUs and alter our focus for energy efficiency. guess how much power it takes to power one GPU and multiply by the number of people who owns. if u turn your monitor off when your not using it for a year, it will reduce your yearly electricity bill by a 100 $ approximately ( depends on how u live, this a US estimate )

Intel will unleash it’s Sandy Bridge ULV Laptop, Anandtech says it’s battery life should break atom records. With it’s incredible performance and attractive price, there’s no doubt that AMD are in danger now.

The only reason AMD still breathing today because of it’s graphics and low price. Intel is starting to eat those pies now.
