Nexus 7 shows washed out colors where as iPad mini and Kindle displays show nice colors and additionally kindle display is sharp.

Oh i forgot ,Android 4.2 version literally crippled Nexus 7 whereas Kindle is running fine.

Kindle Fire is useless in South Africa due to unavailability of Amazon services. Samsung & Nexus have free reign. But it is an amazing device.

Living in a third world country doesn’t degrade us as individuals. The fact that we are using high end devices despite living in a third world country actually dignifies us. It symbolizes our ability to rise at the top of the ladder while having the utmost handicap. And it is also a fact that we Asians have a relatively higher IQ scores in English based IQ tests even though English is not our primary language. I am not posting this to compare our abilities to others, rather, I am only uplifting our pride as Asians.

There are no Kindle fires and Nexus 7s which are being sold in the local stores here in the Philippines, only Galaxy tab. However, I already saw a lot of them because online stores here sell smuggled gadgets from Hong Kong.
