Freaking update! After I updated this app on my SGSII, my battery began to drain right before my very eyes, than I looked at the battery use and it showed the culprit to be the Amazon appstore.
Freaking, freaking, freaking update!

Well, it’s probably because there is some discounts which are only for the kindle fire just like Samsungapps where Samsung make a lot of discounts on some nice games and apps. But that still does not need an appstore or anything like that they can do that on google play. So, it’s up to you to have an opinion about it and anyway it’s harmless and won’t affect the user at all.

it’s dumb huh. Maybe it has to do with the kindle fire. If you buy an app on the Kindle, you can use it on your phone. But I totally agree with you.
