So why don’t you ask manufacturer to replace battery instead of being sad, you get one year warranty on product unless you have bought some Black market product :)

not sure about ACER. bought a laptop, advertised to be able to stay up 8-10 hours, never went over 5hours. and now after 8 months of usage, hardly over 3hours.
