What should be Intel scared of? AMD repeatedly said that BD is a high-freq architecture – i.e. it is slow clock-by-clock, but capable of achieving higher frequencies. With the stock clocks as disclosed, it isn’t going anywhere near i7-2600K in performance, unfortunately :-(.

If you compare AMD with Intel through price then AMD wins. And didn’t you read, it is an 8-core processor. It is not made for regular PC users but only for PCs which require alot of processing power.

Note: This processor doesn’t require liquid nitrogen cooling at stock frequencies
