They all prefer Maemo 5x & Maemo 6x (MeeGo-Harmattan).

N9 never was MeeGo, Nokia never got to the point whereby they’d transitioned to meego.
They weren’t even close to that before the strategy change was announced.
N9 is basically Maemo6x (Harmattan) + a MeeGo compatibility layer…

Maemo will live on thanks to the oft rumored (but as yet unannounced) Meltemi project.
It’s a replacement for S40 & will live from the base, right up to the bottom-end of smartphone territory.
It is rumored to be Maemo6x-lite + Qt5 + SwipeUX + SmarterOS….
