“Hi Noam,I’m very sorry for any confusion this has caused. Only
new Android devices that come with HTC’s Sense 3.5 are eligible for the
extra 3GB of extra Dropbox space, for a total of 5GB. If a device gets
an update to Sense 3.5 it will also be eligible for the extra space.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.”

Point 2: http://www.4shared.com/ works with Symbian and the others…at least 10GB for free.
Point 3: More Aternatives available than the above, but I keep in silent further on.
