The drawbacks: The costumer has to livechat too, it looks silly when people walk behind the sales agent (or come sit next to them for e.g. coaching purposes, what if u need to be put on hold, how to switch to another department, what if the salesagent needs to use various other applications and documents, etc etc. This would work if the costumer would use the UI on its one, via a webshop or sth…
